La Giunta Sportiva dell’Automobile Club d’Italia ha confermato a maggioranza la decisione assunta nella riunione del 27 giugno di applicare, per la fattispecie, l'art. 215 del Regolamento Sportivo Nazionale 2023 ACI Sport.
Le nuove classifiche finali non terrano conto delle penalità comminate per il transito anticipato al CO 8.
Ai sensi del citato art. 215 del Regolamento Sportivo Nazionale 2023 ACI Sport tali classifiche saranno ripubblicate GIOVEDI’ 13 LUGLIO 2023 ALLE ORE 12:00 nell’Albo Gara online – applicazione SPORTITY con password SMR23 (circolare informativa n. 1 del 13.06.2023 – 51° San Marino Rally) con riapertura dei termini dell'appello nei modi e nei tempi (1 ora dalla notifica) previsti dall'art. 23 comma 2 del Regolamento di Giustizia Sportiva dell’Automobile Club d’Italia.
51° SAN MARINO RALLY – CIAR & CIRT: REPUBBLICATION OF FINAL CLASSIFICATIONS
The Sports Committee of the Automobile Club of Italy confirmed by majority vote the decision taken at the meeting of 27 June to apply, for this case, art. 215 of the 2023 ACI National Sporting Regulations.
The new final classifications do not consider the penalties imposed for the early check in at TC 8.
In accordance with the aforementioned art. 215 of the 2023 ACI Sport National Sporting Regulations, the updated classifications will be published on THURSDAY 13 JULY 2023 AT 12:00 in the online Official Notice Board – SPORTITY application with password SMR23 (Bulletin 1 of 13.06.2023 – 51° San Marino Rally) and reopening of the appeal terms in the ways and times (1 hour from the notification) provided for by art. 23 paragraph 2 of the Sports Justice Regulations of the Automobile Club of Italy.
